Ina Toegel
Toegel says teams play a vital role as automobiles for change in organizations in search of to make major transformations. Her method when partaking with companies is to work with project groups or individual models in an agile means – wanting at the individual make-up of the staff, dynamics inside the group, and the way these relationships are embedded in the organizational context. Much of her work includes leading organizational change and aligning organizational culture with strategic priorities. Named one of the top enterprise faculty professors globally by Poets&Quants, which included her on its ‘Best forty underneath 40’ listing in 2021, her work focuses on the way to build and sustain high-performance groups. She started her career as an economist on the World Bank – an atypical background which means she adopts an interdisciplinary approach in her work.
